You can use this integration to include WhatsApp template messages in your regular marketing automation flow. For example, when someone is added to a marketing automation flow based on an activity (i..e subscribing to a newsletter or making a purchase), you can trigger a WhatsApp message to be sent through Trengo to engage that customer and start a conversation.
