Actions to be performed on Spoki:

• Click on "Automations " in the menu
• Go to the top right of the button "Create"
• Press the "Add Start Step" button and select "Klaviyo"
• Copy the link you will need to insert on Klaviyo
• Insert a template as an automation step
• Click on "Save"

Actions to perform on Klaviyo:

You will be able to connect Spoki with Klaviyo via Webhook.

• Create a new Flow or select an existing one
• Add a new action
• Select "Webhook"
• Set as "URL" the link previously copied from Spoki
• Paste the "JSON BODY" as directed by Spoki and edit custom fields if necessary
• Click on Save
