Using Penny Black and Klaviyo together, you can bring your existing Klaviyo segments into Penny Black and create hyper-personalised and relevant in-package flyers that delight customers the moment they unbox their order. These flyers ultimately encourage shoppers to return to your site, purchase again and become loyal customers long-term.

For example, if you have a Klaviyo segment for new customers, you could create a Penny Black campaign that mimics your welcome email sequence and includes a discount to bring them back on site. Or, if you have a segment for loyal customers, you could send them flyers in their upcoming orders that motivate them to sign up for your community or make a referral.
