There are two sides to Duel: the external, customer-facing Advocacy Portal and the internal, brand-facing Dashboard.
The Advocacy Portal is a Duel-powered hub on a brand’s website. Here you're able to set challenges (such as signing up to a newsletter, sharing a social post or uploading a piece of content), build a community, reward infinite different advocacy behaviours, drive referrals and purchases.
The Duel ARM platform is a powerful AI-powered, no-code database that provides the infrastructure to connect all of your brand advocates and their activities.

In terms of customer data that Duel pushes to Klaviyo, there are three main categories:
Customer Profile Data
This is any data attached to a specific customer profile in Duel. Examples of this could be any standard information such as name, email, age, etc. or any custom questions created by your brand.
Customer Task Data
This is any task data attached to a specific customer in Duel. The scope of customising these tasks is huge and could be specific social posts, referrals, UGC and market research. It can also refer to any bespoke task that has been set up by your brand.
Customer Purchasing and Referral Data
This refers to any data captured from a specific customer’s loyalty spending or referral activity on your eCommerce. Any time your customer in Duel spends/refers or uses a promo code on your eCommerce, this information is logged and passed to Klaviyo. Duel also has the ability to manually upload order information for purchasing activity happening offline (e.g. in-store or 3rd party).
